As an Internal Medicine physician, I provide wellness coaching by integrating my medical expertise with the spiritual and ancient sciences of Chakras, Yoga, and meditation. My approach is holistic, focusing on the mind, body, and spirit to promote overall well-being.


I begin by assessing your physical health through a comprehensive medical evaluation. This allows me to understand any underlying conditions or imbalances that may be affecting your health. From there, I incorporate the ancient wisdom of Chakra healing, which involves identifying and balancing the energy centers in your body. Each Chakra corresponds to specific physical and emotional aspects of your life, and by aligning these energy centers, we can promote healing and restore harmony.


Yoga and meditation are also integral parts of my wellness coaching.
