This is where Dr. Sahila’s work is different.
Trained as a US-based Internal Medicine physician and deeply rooted in traditional yogic science, she bridges modern medicine with ancient wisdom—using yoga as a complete healing system rather than a physical workout.


What to Expect in a Session:


Fully beginner-friendly and open to all levels.

Each session gently combines:

  • Mindful yoga movements
  • Pranayama (breathing exercises)
  • Guided meditation

The focus is not on performance or intensity, but on awareness, breath, and nervous system regulation, allowing the body and mind to settle into a state where healing can naturally unfold.
