Mentoring Forum in Trenton

STEAM Program Will Host 30 Girls from Trenton Catholic Preparatory Academy

Trenton, NJ., – April 13, 2023 – Glen Eagle, a national financial services firm, and Eet Gud Bakery, today announced that the Young Enterprising Women Mentoring Forum will be held at Trenton Catholic Preparatory Academy on Wednesday, April 19, from 10 am to 1 pm. The program provides an opportunity for 30 high school girls to connect with outstanding women business leaders in their local community. The event is designed to recognize and encourage leadership potential in high school girls to pursue entrepreneurship in STEAM-based fields.

Susan Michel, Founder and CEO of Glen Eagle and chair of the Trenton Young Enterprising Women Mentoring Forum, said, “We’re committed to shaping the next generation of women leaders in STEAM and are proud to bring this incredible program to high school girls to inspire them to achieve their dreams.”

The Trenton Young Enterprising Women Mentoring Forum features keynote remarks by Susan Michel, CEO and Founder of Glen Eagle, and Monica Smiley, Editor and Publisher of Enterprising Women Magazine, as well as a panel discussion. The following women business leaders will serve as panelists:

At the conclusion of the event, two students will be awarded scholarships to attend the Enterprising Women of the Year Awards Celebration & Conference in Clearwater, Florida on May 21 for networking, workshops, and leadership training with women entrepreneurs.
