Princeton, New Jersey - January 2025 - Sticky Fingers Cooking® local owner and parent, Chris Johnson, is hosting a children’s cooking lesson and grand opening on Jan. 23 via the Princeton Recreation Department. Princeton Mayor Mark Freda is expected to be in attendance too! These cooking lessons can take place in a school, private home, recreation center, or other convenient locations. 

This is the time of year when people think about being healthier and making better choices in what they eat as they plan new year’s resolutions for themselves. Sticky Fingers Cooking teaches kids as young as age three the essential skill of cooking healthy meals for life through before, during, and after-school enrichment classes. 

“I have enjoyed baking and cooking since I was a kid, and I love to make memories with my own daughter as she expands her kitchen skills,” said Chris Johnson, owner of Sticky Fingers Cooking in Central New Jersey. “Eating well for life starts young when kids are imaginative and curious.”

Much like sneaking spinach into smoothies, Sticky Fingers Cooking lessons are another way to educate children about math, geography, and science.
