As a Northwestern Mutual Wealth Management Advisor:
1. Build—Work to build your knowledge of NM financial products and market trends. With a more personal approach, develop stronger relationships with your clients and network to grow your business alongside a Fortune 100 company.
2. Expand and Enhance—Expand your knowledge and your business through ongoing education and development opportunities. Enhance the client experience using assistive software, reporting tools, and illustrations.
3. Influence—Drive clients to action through expert influence and recommendations. As a portfolio manager, aid clients in selecting approved client investments for investment advisory accounts.
4. Own—Take ownership of development and management of the business as you to scale an enduring firm. Review and maintain client financial plans, continuing to provide optimum advice for your clients’ needs.

You could be right for this opportunity if you have:
• 4-year degree from an accredited institution; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of investment advisory experience
• CFA preferred
• Series 7 and Series 63 or 66
• Rolling 12-month gross investment fees and commission of $138,500+
• Proven success in the investment business and possesses a strong understanding of comprehensive financial planning concepts
• Desire for continuous learning
• Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
