Technician - Window Cleaning, Power Washing, Gutter Cleaning

What the Work Is Like

Typical responsibilities include:

• Exterior window cleaning using water-fed pole systems
• Interior window cleaning with traditional tools
• Screen cleaning and detailing
• Light pressure washing and exterior maintenance tasks
• Supporting gutter cleaning services when scheduled
• Preparing equipment and maintaining organized service vehicles
• Communicating professionally with homeowners and site contacts

Work includes a mix of residential homes (about 60%) and commercial properties (about 40%).

Jobs may be completed individually or as part of a small team depending on project size.

Ladder use is occasional and typically under 20 feet.

Schedule and Work Structure

• Monday–Friday daytime service routes
• Typical range: 30–40 hours per week
• Optional weekend overtime during peak season
• Work performed mostly throughout Somerset and Mercer County

Physical Expectations

Applicants should be comfortable:

• lifting up to 40 lbs
• working outdoors in varying weather
• standing and moving throughout the day
• occasional ladder work
• maintaining balance on uneven ground

Many technicians describe the role as a paid workout.

Requirements

Applicants must:

• have reliable transportation to the Montgomery NJ area
• be eligible to work in the United States
• be comfortable working outdoors year-round
