Part-Time Administrative/Communications Assistant for Princeton Non-Profit

Work independently, make a big impact for a Princeton literary nonprofit! 

We’re seeking a skilled professional to manage office administrative tasks, create social media content, and support business development/program site outreach for our literary non-profit — all in ~ 8 hours/week/max. 32 hours per month.

  • * Data entry, mail merges, and materials prep/copying/stapling for programs (on-site in Princeton office)

  • * Weekly social media posts & analytics (FB, IG, LinkedIn), monthly press releases/photo captions to media/newspapers 

  • * Assist with donor stewardship communications

  • * Skill with DonorPerfect, Adobe, Canva, and other programs a plus.

  • * Occasional corporate outreach, Chamber events & attend local P&S/GyC programs/events at local sites to capture content - Other duties as assigned.

Stipend: $25/hr |~50% on-site/50% remote

has been dedicated to opening doors to literature for new and underserved audiences. Through oral readings and guided discussions of enduring short stories led by our team of professionally trained coordinators, we invite participants to find fresh understandings of themselves, of others, and of the world.
