
Member Services Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
Member Experience & Communication
- Create a welcoming and engaging environment for all guests and members.
- Assist with member billing issues, membership freezes/cancellations, and general account support.
- Help educate new members and guests on open play, court reservations, programs, and club policies.
- Answer phones, respond to emails and route communications appropriately.
- Collaborate with coaches and staff to confirm lesson payments and answer member inquiries.
Operations & Administration
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and professional at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels of and notify manager for reorder.
- Follow and help enforce all club policies, cleaning checklists, and operating procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
Skills & Experience
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or fitness/recreation facilities preferred.
- Clear communicator with a friendly, energetic personality and strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with basic administrative tools (spreadsheets, email platforms, booking systems).
- Interest or basic understanding of pickleball (training provided if needed).
Ideal Qualities
- Problem-solver who stays calm under pressure and handles member concerns with professionalism.
- Team player who keeps lines of communication open between departments.
- Self-starter who takes initiative to improve processes and enhance the member experience.
- Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with variable traffic levels.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Must be available on a regular basses for evenings, weekends, and special events.
- Compensation based on experience with opportunities for advancement.
- Training and pickleball education provided for the right candidate.
