Indirect Auto Lending Dealer Relationship Manager

Location: Pittsburgh area, PA

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of auto dealership partners
  • Drive indirect auto loan volume and high-quality originations
  • Onboard and support new dealerships aligned with lending strategy and credit standards
  • Improve loan origination workflow and dealer experience
  • Analyze dealer and portfolio performance to inform pricing and program enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with credit policy, controls, and regulatory requirements
  • Provide dealer training and ongoing program support

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10–15 years of experience in indirect auto lending and dealer relationship management
  • Strong knowledge of dealership operations and auto finance
  • Experience with credit risk, pricing, and program economics
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Intermediate Excel; basic Word and PowerPoint
