Indirect Auto Lending Dealer Relationship Manager
Location: Pittsburgh area, PA
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of auto dealership partners
- Drive indirect auto loan volume and high-quality originations
- Onboard and support new dealerships aligned with lending strategy and credit standards
- Improve loan origination workflow and dealer experience
- Analyze dealer and portfolio performance to inform pricing and program enhancements
- Ensure compliance with credit policy, controls, and regulatory requirements
- Provide dealer training and ongoing program support
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10–15 years of experience in indirect auto lending and dealer relationship management
- Strong knowledge of dealership operations and auto finance
- Experience with credit risk, pricing, and program economics
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
