Guest Service Agent (Part-Time)

Pay: Starting at $17/hour

We are seeking friendly, organized, and customer-focused Guest Service Agents to join our hospitality team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

·         Welcoming guests and providing outstanding customer service

·         Handling guest check-ins and check-outs

·         Processing payments and managing reservations

·         Assisting guests with information, requests, and local recommendations

·         Coordinating with hotel staff and resolving guest concerns professionally

Qualifications:

·         High school diploma or GED

·         Customer service experience preferred (hospitality a plus)

·         Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

·         Ability to work flexible shifts between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM
