In late 2022, Gallup reported that nearly 20% of US workers rated their mental health as fair or poor, and these workers report about 4x more unplanned absences from work. "Generalized across the U.S. workforce, this missed work is estimated to cost the economy $47.6 billion annually in lost productivity." Is your employees' mental health impacting your bottom line?

Join your fellow Chamber members for a roundtable discussion about employee mental health. Following opening remarks by Dr. Laura Budinick, attendees will participate in facilitated roundtable conversation aimed at helping you to understand the current landscape related to employee mental health and identify resources that may help you deal with this complicated issue. 

PLEASE NOTE: The right member of your team to attend this event is someone who works in HR or Personnel or any employee who manages other team members

This important event is a benefit of your membership. One employee from each Chamber member organization is welcome to attend at no-cost, though pre-registration is requested. Additional employees and nonmembers may attend for a fee. 

Employee mental health is an issue that many of our members are struggling with whether they are a Fortune 500 or a Main Street sole proprietorship. The Chamber has pulled together the resources of our various Chamber members to help you identify solutions, and we hope you take advantage of this member benefit.
