Susan G. Komen - Partners in Pink
Since Komen's founding, we have helped fuel research, unlocked the biology of breast cancer, and discovered insights that propel us towards earlier detection methods and innovative treatments. This has helped reduce the breast cancer mortality rate by 44% since 1989. In fact, the number of survivors is growing! We celebrate more than 4 million women and more than 20,000 men living as breast cancer survivors in the U.S, with an estimated 170,000 women living with metastatic breast cancer. This is more than any other group of cancer survivors.
Learning more about breast cancer survivorship may improve quality of life during and after breast cancer. Join us at Partners in Pink for an engaging discussion on "After Treatment: What Survivorship Looks Like Long-Term."
We’re excited to officially introduce you to the dynamic voices who will take the stage at Partners in Pink in less than one month! We invite you to join us on June 17.
