YWCA Princeton is pleased to announce the appointment of Tricia Daley as Chief Financial Officer. Daley brings over 25 years of experience in financial leadership across nonprofit and for-profit sectors, and her expertise will play a critical role in strengthening the organization’s financial strategy, operations, and long-term sustainability.

Known for her thoughtful and mission-driven approach, Tricia combines deep technical knowledge with a collaborative leadership style to enhance organizational capacity and resilience. Throughout her career, she has overseen complex financial portfolios—including budgets exceeding $40 million—and has guided organizations through periods of growth, transformation, and expansion. 

Her experience spans financial planning and analysis, audit and compliance oversight, systems implementation, and team development. She has consistently delivered improved financial reporting, operational efficiency, and meaningful cost savings. In previous roles, Daley successfully implemented modern financial systems, streamlined processes such as month-end close, and introduced policies that increased accountability and transparency. 

Tricia holds an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology and is proficient with a wide range of financial tools and systems, including Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP Concur, and Salesforce. 

Tricia Daley’s appointment marks a significant step forward in YWCA Princeton’s mission to eliminate racism and empower women through strong, values-driven leadership and sound fiscal management.
