The Revolutionary Mile: A Team‑Bonding Challenge Through History and Local Business

And this year, we’re putting a spotlight on team bonding. The Revolutionary Mile is the perfect off‑site challenge for offices, agencies, nonprofits, and community groups looking to reconnect, recharge, and rally together. It’s a shared experience that builds chemistry, boosts morale, and gets teams moving with purpose.

Experience downtown Trenton like never before through the lens of speed, strategy, and Revolutionary pride. The Revolutionary Mile is a dynamic, one‑and‑a‑half‑mile team race where runners and history enthusiasts converge for an unforgettable challenge across Trenton’s most iconic terrain.

As teams blaze through cobblestone streets and past historic landmarks, they’ll follow a visually striking route lined with yellow umbrellas, each marking a site of rich heritage. This celebration of Trenton’s Revolutionary legacy transforms downtown into a living museum of motion. Whether you’re competing for the best combined time or simply soaking in the scenery, this race demands precision, teamwork, and bold spirit.

This event also directly supports Downtown Trenton’s small business owners. From cafés and restaurants to boutiques and creative studios, your participation helps fuel the entrepreneurs who keep our city vibrant. Every finisher receives a $10 Love Local gift card to spend at participating downtown businesses, turning your team challenge into real support for the people who power our community.

There will also be awards and prizes available, celebrating standout teams, fastest finishers, largest team, and more, adding an extra layer of excitement and friendly competition to race day.

And while you’re gearing up for race day, check out some of our social media trivia videos around town and our promo videos; they highlight the landmarks, local businesses, and Revolutionary history you’ll encounter along the route.

Whether you’re running for speed, walking for discovery, or bonding outside the office, the Revolutionary Mile brings together history, teamwork, and local pride in one unforgettable downtown experience.
