Lindenberger Group is pleased to announce that Risa Seelenfreund has joined

the firm as a Senior Human Resource Consultant and Executive Coach. Risa brings more than 20 years

of coaching and leadership development experience and will support executives and emerging leaders

with practical coaching and development that helps them clarify priorities and build better habits that

leaders can apply immediately.

Risa’s addition strengthens Lindenberger Group’s capacity to support organizations at different stages of

growth that want more consistency in how leaders set expectations, handle change, and develop

managers.

Risa holds a credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is a seasoned Learning

and Development leader. She has guided leaders through one-on-one coaching, group coaching, and

leadership development work designed to help leaders navigate challenges, clarify priorities, and build

habits that hold up in the day-to-day work.

Risa’s leadership practice is built on extensive organizational experience. Her career includes leadership

development and organizational development roles at Nielsen Media (Claritas), Wolters Kluwer, and

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, where she supported leaders and high-potential talent through coaching,

training, and onboarding programs.

She earned an MA in Learning and Development from NYU Steinhardt School of Education, along with a

BS in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis, John M. Olin School of Business.
