HAMILTON TOWNSHIP, NJ (October 27, 2025) – QDOBA Mexican Eats, named on the “Best Fast Casual Restaurant” list in the USA TODAY 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards for seven consecutive years, is excited to announce the upcoming opening of a brand-new location at 1070 White Horse Ave in Hamilton Township, New Jersey. 

Operated by franchise group TIG Queso, the new restaurant will bring QDOBA’s bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and fully customizable menu to Mercer County. Guests will soon be able to enjoy fan-favorites like hand-smashed guacamole, 3-cheese queso, and a wide range of flavorful entrées including tacos, burrito bowls, quesadillas, and salads—with no extra charge for premium toppings like guac or queso.

The new Hamilton location will offer dine-in, takeout, and catering services, making it a convenient destination for everything from lunch breaks to family dinners and office meetings. This opening is part of QDOBA’s continued expansion across the Northeast, aligned with its mission to deliver made-in-house Mexican eats to more communities.
