Nate Hulfish Joins CHSofNJ as Chief Operating Officer
June 5, 2025 Trenton, NJ — The Children's Home Society of New Jersey (CHSofNJ), a leader in child and family services for more than 130 years, proudly announces the appointment of Nate Hulfish as its new Chief Operating Officer. Nate joins the organization as CHSofNJ builds on more than a century of service to children and families across New Jersey and positions itself to remain strong well into its second century.
Most recently, Nate served as the Director of Operations at Camden Coalition (formerly Camden Coalition of Healthcare Providers). Nate brings nearly 20 years of management, operations, and business development expertise to CHSofNJ.
His announcement follows the recent hiring of a Chief Advancement Officer, Duncan Harrison, Jr., marking a transformative period of leadership and strategic growth for CHSofNJ. “We are thrilled to welcome Nate to our leadership team during this exciting time of growth and renewal at CHSofNJ,” said Julie Dees, Chief Executive Officer. “His management expertise and passion for our mission make him uniquely positioned to help lead us forward. His appointment reflects our commitment to strengthening our information technology and operations infrastructure as we continue to advance our mission into its second century. As we invest in the future of our agency, Nate’s guidance will help ensure the sustainability and expansion of our work on behalf of New Jersey’s children and families.”
