Medina Health Center to Hold Golf Event

Medina Health Center will hold a Golf Fundraiser at Jasna Polana, 4519 Province Line Road, Princeton on Wednesday, September 23, 2026. Jasna Polana is a a premier private club offering world-class golf, luxurious amenities, and an unmatched member experience. 

Medina will raise funds to support our mission to improve the health and well-being of patients in Mercer County by providing access to quality primary and specialty healthcare, regardless of their race, religion or ability to pay. Currently Medina provides primary care programs addressing chronic health conditions, women's health and a robust specialty care referral service.

About Medina: Medina Health Center was founded in 2014 to improve access to healthcare for uninsured and underinsured residents of Mercer County, regardless of their ability to pay. The organization initially operated as a "clinic without walls," connecting patients to a network of more than 35 volunteer physicians and community-based providers across approximately 25 medical specialties. Through community needs assessments and direct engagement with Trenton residents and local partners, Medina identified a significant need for consistent, affordable primary and preventive care in addition to specialty referrals. In response, Medina opened a fulltime health center at 828 North Olden Avenue in Trenton in December 2024. The opening of the facility marked a major evolution in Medina's service model. The organization expanded from a primarily referral-based program into a community health center providing primary and preventive care, chronic disease management, women's health services, laboratory testing, prescriptions, and connections to specialty and supportive services. The community's response demonstrated the scale of unmet need. Since the facility opened, Medina has provided more than 1,650 appointments to over 1,450 patients, with the majority of those served residing in Trenton. This growth has expanded Medina's role as a trusted source of accessible healthcare while significantly increasing the clinical and operational resources required to sustain a full-time primary-care facility. Today, Medina continues to build on its original mission by combining affordable primary care with specialty access and community partnerships that help patients obtain services beyond the health center.
