Lindenberger Group Welcomes Stacy Malmborg as Senior Human Resource Consultant

Lindenberger Group is pleased to announce that Stacy Malmborg has joined the firm as a Senior Human Resource Consultant. Stacy brings more than 25 years of experience building and transforming human resources and talent operations across complex organizations in the financial services and healthcare industries.

Stacy’s addition strengthens Lindenberger Group’s capacity to help organizations improve their recruiting and HR operations, create more consistent processes and develop the infrastructure needed to hire effectively, retain employees and plan for future workforce needs.

Her areas of expertise include talent acquisition and recruiting operations, workforce planning, HR shared services, process improvement, onboarding, HR technology implementation, reporting and analytics, and employee lifecycle management.

Throughout her career, Stacy has built recruiting and HR operations from the ground up, standardizing workflows, implementing technology and creating greater visibility across hiring and workforce processes.

Stacy previously led enterprise-level HR initiatives at Macquarie Group, where she directed HR Shared Services across three global regions. At UBS Financial Services, she streamlined onboarding processes and reduced errors by 85%. More recently, she supported recruiting operations across a network of more than 50 senior care facilities in New Jersey through her work with CareOne.

She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business. Stacy is also fluent in Spanish.
