Elevating Our Service Through a Spirit of Hospitality

For more than ninety years, Commercial Cleaning Corp. has had the privilege of serving the businesses, institutions, and community organizations that make our region strong. As a company founded right here in Trenton, our history is deeply connected to the growth of the communities we serve and the people who live and work in them.

Throughout our long history, we have built our reputation on reliability, quality, and an unwavering commitment to service. We are proud of that legacy, and equally proud of the generations of employees whose dedication has shaped us into the respected company we are today.

As CEO, I take that history seriously. It informs every decision we make about our future. And today, I’m excited to share an initiative that honors our past while strengthening how we serve our clients and support our team.

We have always believed that we don’t just clean or maintain buildings, we care for the people inside them. Our mission states that we are “guided by an unwavering dedication to superior client service and an enduring commitment to our communities,” with a vision to transform not only the spaces we service, but also “the lives intertwined with them.”

For decades, our teams have quietly embodied this belief.  It is part of our company DNA.   We do our best to anticipate client needs before being asked, take pride in the fine details, and treat every space as if it were our own. In many ways, we have been practicing hospitality all along, even without naming it.

But as expectations evolve in the workplace and in building environments, and as our company continues to grow, we believe it is time to take the next step.

For 2026, we are launching a formal, company-wide commitment to what we call The Spirit of Hospitality. This initiative is designed to elevate every service we offer by bringing greater intention, consistency, and visibility to the hospitality principles that have long lived within the culture of our company set by company owner, Mike Rosen.  This is not a departure from who we are; it is a clearer expression of who we have been all along.

Our teams will be trained to deliver service that is not only technically excellent, but also warm, attentive, and personal. As we outline in our internal framework, “We don’t just maintain buildings; we nurture environments where people can do their best work, feel valued, and experience genuine care.”

This initiative will strengthen how we:

  • Anticipate needs before they’re spoken
  • Notice and correct small details that shape first impressions
  • Communicate with warmth and professionalism
  • Create welcoming spaces that feel ready, comfortable, and cared for
  • Support one another as teammates in ways that reinforce our shared purpose

Our goal is simple: for every client, every visitor, and every employee who walks into a space we maintain, to feel the difference.

While this hospitality focus represents an exciting step forward, the core of who we are remains unchanged. We remain deeply committed to being an employer where people can thrive.  A place where every individual is supported in their goals and aspirations. Our mission includes creating a workplace where employees feel valued and respected, and where their contributions build meaningful careers within our organization.

As we prepare for 2026 and beyond, this intentional focus on hospitality will help us deepen the trust we’ve earned over generations. Trust has always been at the heart of our success. Our clients rely on us to care for their facilities, support their people, and protect their brand, and we take that responsibility seriously.

With this initiative, we are strengthening the way we honor that trust. As our internal guide expresses so clearly, “Trust is built one experience at a time… and hospitality is how we Build:Trust.”
