Diamond Tech Tip: Could You Spot a Phishing E-mail?
Phishing e-mails are one of the most common — and dangerous — tricks cybercriminals use to steal information. These fake messages are designed to look identical to legitimate e-mails from trusted sources like banks, delivery companies, or even your own coworkers. One wrong click can lead to stolen credentials or a full network breach.
Before you click, take a moment to double-check. Look closely at the sender’s address — does it really match the company’s domain? Then hover (without clicking) over any link to see where it leads. If the web address looks suspicious, delete it immediately.
