Deborah Hospital Foundation Named NJBIZ 2024 Nonprofit of the Year

Browns Mills, N.J.— Deborah Hospital Foundation has been named the 2024 Nonprofit of the Year (1-99 employees) by NJBIZ, a business publication in New Jersey.

The Foundation was selected from a pool of distinguished finalists and recognized for its outstanding commitment to professional excellence, business growth, and community impact. The award was presented at a celebratory ceremony held at the Doubletree by Hilton Somerset in December.

"We are incredibly honored to be recognized by NJBIZ as the Nonprofit of the Year," said Steve Toal, Chief Development Officer of the Deborah Hospital Foundation. "This award is a testament to the dedication and hard work of our entire team, and it underscores our unwavering commitment to supporting Deborah Heart and Lung Center in providing exceptional care to our patients and the broader community."

NJBIZ's Business of the Year awards program, established in 2006, honors the state's most dynamic companies and leaders across various categories, including For-profit Business of the Year, Nonprofit Business of the Year, and Corporate Citizen of the Year. An independent panel of judges, comprised of previous program honorees, selects the finalists and ultimately determines the winners based on their demonstrated excellence.
