DSCP Smart Fulfillment is a third party logistics partner for ecommerce brands that have outgrown shipping from a spare room or waiting on an overseas supplier. We run an East Coast warehouse in New Brunswick, New Jersey and a West Coast warehouse in Pomona, California, backed by our own operations in China.
What we handle
Ecommerce order fulfillment and pick and pack, warehouse storage and inventory management, kitting, bundling and custom packaging, returns processing, and product sourcing. Orders flow in automatically from Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon and other sales channels.
Why the New Jersey location matters
Sitting in Middlesex County puts your inventory inside ground range of the New York and Philadelphia metros, so delivery stops being the reason a customer hesitates. We quote 2-4 day ground shipping to 80% of America and 4-5 day delivery to remaining areas.
You do not have to pick one supply chain
New or unproven SKUs can keep shipping direct from China while your proven bestsellers sit in New Jersey ready to go out. One client cut roughly $2 per order and moved delivery from 7-10 days down to 2-4 days by splitting inventory this way, without tying up cash in stock that has not earned it yet.
A person, not a ticket queue
Every client gets a named account manager who answers fast. When a factory goes out of stock or a peak week lands, that matters more than a help desk. Through Black Friday and Q4 we add picking, packing and QC capacity and extend warehouse operations into the weekend.
We are built to be a reliable long term partner rather than the cheapest rate per order, and we work best with established stores shipping around 10 or more orders a day.
