We support health systems with Epic implementations, optimizations, and program delivery across all Epic applications. My own background is in Resolute Professional Billing and revenue cycle strategy, and over the past 15 years I've had the opportunity to work with more than nineteen health systems nationwide. We also work closely with operational leaders, because as health systems depend on Epic for more of their critical processes, having consultants who truly understand the back end of that system, and can translate it for the people who need to act on it, is something most organizations don't fully appreciate until they experience it.
I started Brightwell because I wanted to build the firm I always wished existed. Over the course of my career I've worked alongside many consultants and learned pretty quickly that the ones who are truly great at the work they do have something beyond what they have listed on their resume. They connect the dots other miss, take ownership without being asked, understand the technology deeply and can sit across from a VP or a CIO to understand their concerns and take action to resolve them. They care about the outcome and the people they work with. Those are the people who make up the Brightwell team and who have earned us our reputation.
