Adult Mommy-and-Me Residential Program Manager

At The Center for Great Expectations (CGE), our Adult Mommy-and-Me Residential Program provides trauma-informed treatment and supportive services to pregnant and parenting women navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges—all while keeping mothers and their children together.

We are seeking a Program Manager who is passionate about behavioral health, committed to trauma-informed care, and energized by the opportunity to lead a team and a program that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of women and families. This is an opportunity to shape the quality of care provided to residents, develop and support a dedicated team, build strong community partnerships, and foster an environment where residents can heal, grow, and work toward lasting independence.

Under the supervision of the CEO, the Program Manager provides leadership and operational oversight of the Adult Mommy-and-Me Residential Program, ensuring the program consistently delivers high-quality, compassionate care while remaining aligned with CGE's mission and goals. The ideal candidate is a compassionate and confident leader who can balance the needs of residents, staff, and the organization; build strong relationships; navigate challenging situations; and inspire a team to provide exceptional care every day.
