Save the date to enjoy five courses of gourmet, farm to table cooking this Friday, June 19th! The perfect gift for Father’s Day, and a lovely night to kick off the summer season. Featuring delicious and locally sourced organic food prepared by our own Chef Chloe Kliwinski, paired with seasonal tastings. Gaia’s Way Farm shows how historic homes can be brought into a more modern and sustainable era, while preserving their rich past and structure. The exposed stone wall of the original Richard Holcombe House provides a beautiful accent wall to the newly added sustainable conservatory, featuring a plethora of environmentally friendly interior finishes like the Greenguard Gold certified Cambria countertop which waterfalls over the island. You can choose to dine at the chef’s table in the conservatory or the original 1744 dining room featuring a 15’ walk-in fireplace.
