Diversity, Equity, Accessibility and Inclusion is under attack!! If you’ve seen the news, you know many consider DEAI to be “dead” and articles like this one from Fortune states that anti-DEI movement has gone from “fringe to mainstream.” As a result, we’ve seen companies removing DEAI positions, dismantling DEAI programs and the terminology, DEAI, in the line of fire.

This leaves us all with the question: “How do we fight back?”
