Campus Town offers fully furnished apartments with private bedrooms, full kitchen with a dishwasher, full sized washer and dryer, all utilities included, Wi-Fi/cable included, and an assigned parking space in a gated parking lot. We offer 1-, 2-, or 4-bedroom apartments – NO community style living.

Our Fully Furnished Apartments Include:

Private Bedroom: Full sized bed, Dresser, Built in closet and Desk with a desk chair

Kitchen/Laundry: Dining table with chairs, dishwasher, stove/oven and washer/dryer

Living Room: Couch, Armchair (2- and 4-bedroom apartments only), Coffee table, and a TV stand with shelving

Since the summer of 2019, we have hosted interns from several companies such as BlackRock, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, Bristol Myers Squibb, Bonner Foundation, Church & Dwight, Terra Cycle, Novo Nordisk, Johnson & Johnson, and SRI International to name a few. Each intern would have an individual short-term lease and would be a short drive from their summer workplace. We can also do a master lease if your company is looking to acquire a bulk of summer intern housing with us.
