Licensed Sales Administrator (New Construction Sales Office)
Responsible for the support of our onsite Sales Team with very strong customer service skills, ability to multi task, being proficient in learning and leading customer service software systems, facilitating communication between the sales team and other departments through reporting. Ability to learn the product to be able to grow within the sales team.
Essential Functions and Basic Duties:
• Responsible for data entry of all customer information within existing software systems.
• Maintain and update information within Builder Customer CRM program. Customer Relationship Management.
• Effective verbal and written communication is needed for daily interactions with customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Real Estate licensed is preferred. There is sales opportunity growth within this position.
• Assists in all aspects of the sales office; confirming appointments, supplies, greeting all customers and assist with all sales paperwork.
• Conduct tours of inventory homes for sales department if licensed.
• Work closely with Sales Manager to fully support the customer experience.
• Assist in processing all customer paperwork to ensure accuracy, deadlines and compliance.
• Organizational and Time Management. Essential for managing multiple tasks, prioritizing workload and meeting deadlines.
• Attention to detail. Crucial for accuracy in data entry, CRM program and record keeping in fast paced position
• Sales Administrator is the backbone of the sales team, ensuring smooth operations, efficient in all software programs and a positive customer experience.
