If your application is accepted, the $600 Exhibitor Table fee will be billed. The table fee does NOT include a ticket to attend NJCFW sessions or meals. A Exhibitor Plus package that includes a conference ticket is available for $750.
All fees must be paid by September 1 in order to secure your table. Unpaid tables after that date will be made available to organizations on the waiting list.
Please also note the following:
- The Exhibitor Table fee includes one 6-ft table with linens and two chairs. Please plan your display to fit into that footprint! If additional space is needed, additional fees may apply.
- Access to power is not guaranteed unless you specifically request it from conference staff.
- Exhibitors should plan for roughly 700 attendees.
- Exhibitors should have their table set and ready to go by 7:30 am and should plan to remain set until 3:30 pm. More information about load-in/load-out times will be communicated this fall.
- The $600 Exhibitor Table fee does NOT include a ticket to attend Conference sessions or meals. If you or your representative would like to attend the opening or closing sessions, breakout sessions, breakfast or lunch, you should purchase the $750 combination Exhibitor Plus table.
- Table locations are set by Conference staff and cannot be changed once the layout is set.
All Confirmed Exhibitors receive a Virtual Exhibitor Booth in the Conference App. Virtual booths give you the opportunity to display your brand to NJCFW attendees before, during and after the conference. You can customize the content in your booth to include video, a link to your business, and lead capture. You will receive a link to begin customizing your Virtual Booth once your payment is received.
