Each year, the PMRC Young Professionals Committee honors an up and coming young professional in the community who has demonstrated growth and commitment both in and out of the workplace. This year's Young Professional of the Year award will be presented at the Young Professionals Summit on November 21st, 2025. 

The Young Professional of the Year is someone who:

• Demonstrates a strong commitment to their profession.
• Demonstrates leadership skills both in and out of the workplace. 
• Is involved in and makes a positive impact on their community. 
• Is an "up and coming" young professional. 
• Is a member of the Princeton Mercer Regional Chamber of Commerce.

Please note our YP Group encompasses an age frame of 21-39 years of age. Honoree is not chosen based on the number of nominations but on the quality of the nomination submitted.
