Amy will share her professional journey and how it has shaped her perspective on New Jersey’s economic story today. She will explore why business retention has become one of the most important drivers of long-term competitiveness, particularly as New Jersey deepens its focus on strengthening relationships with companies already established here.

Anchored in the Governor’s economic priorities, Amy will discuss how transparency, responsiveness, affordability, and partnership between government and industry help businesses not only choose New Jersey, but also stay and grow here. She will also highlight opportunities for deeper engagement through Choose New Jersey, including ways business leaders can help shape the state’s economic future through board participation and advisory roles.
