Our keynote speaker for the morning is Jennifer Willey who will be presenting her own workshop: Allies, Advocates & Advisors: How to Create the Growth Network Every Business Owner Needs.

The fastest-growing entrepreneurs and most resilient franchise leaders are surrounded by a small, intentional circle of Allies and Advocates—people who challenge their thinking, open doors, share hard-won insight, and champion them when opportunities are on the line.

In this highly practical session, you’ll learn how to intentionally build your own network of trusted advisors, connectors, and champions who can help you scale smarter, navigate risk, and seize opportunity. You’ll identify the key roles your “Allies and Advocates” should play (from strategic sounding boards to referral partners and sponsors), where to find them, and how to approach them with confidence and clarity.
